Breakfast Club

This is open every school day from 8:00am until 8.50am when the children are taken to their classroom.

From Monday 13th April, our school will be taking part in the Government Breakfast Scheme. As part of this, from 8:20am each morning we will be offering a free 30-minute breakfast club for all children from Reception to Year 6.

What will the new breakfast offer include?

        • A drink

        • A range of activities for children to take part in once they have eaten

Timings to note

• • • • • Breakfast Club will open at 8:00am, as it has previously

        • The early start session (8:00am - 8:20am) will cost £1.50 

        • Children attending from 8:00am will continue with their usual routine

        • Free Breakfast Club opens at 8:20am

        • From this time children who have been at the early start session will then join the new free breakfast provision, alongside other pupils

        • Children can arrive for the new free breakfast provision at any point between 8:20am and 8:40am

        • Food will stop being served at 8:40am, to allow time for tidying and the transition into the school day

This means children can benefit from both the early start and the new Government-funded breakfast offer.

We are incredibly pleased to be able to offer this opportunity to our families and hope it supports a positive, calm start to the school day for our children.

Places for the either of the two daily sessions - the early start session or the free breakfast club session - need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance and this can be done either on the Arbor app or by contacting the school office.

To book on the Arbor app, login, scroll down to "Activities", choose "Clubs", click on "Breakfast Club 25/26" and then register your child/children for your required sessions.  Please make sure you book the correct session - the early start session runs from 8:00am and the free breakfast club session starts at 8:20am.

Please note that if you book the early start session for your child that there is no need to book the free breakfast club session as well, your child will join the free breakfast club session at 8:20am.

After School Club

Miss Smith runs our daily After School Club. The club runs from 3:15pm until 5:45pm costing £8.50 per child. Your child can stay until 6:00pm for an additional £1.00.

The Club is superb value, but places are limited and so we require 24 hours notice for all bookings.  If a booking needs to made with less than 24 hours notice there is an additional charge of £8.50 per child.  Please be aware that children staying until 6pm must be booked in before the end of school on the previous day.
